Favorite romantic comedies just in time for the holidays!

  • The Proposal: Perfect combination of Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock, both at the top of their comedic game. I wish I had an assistant like Reynolds’ character…
  • Bridget Jones Diary: Renee Zellweger is just so adorable here, and I prefer her looking plump than looking rail thin anyway
  • Love Actually: Not entirely a romantic comedy, but a fun holiday classic.
  • Knotting Hill: Hugh Grant’s (also king of romantic comedies) character is quintessential shy, British gentleman. His rapid eye blinks is a signature move.
  • You’ve Got Mail: Love the combination of Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan (hence the next one on the list too). Just so natural, believable and relatable.
  • Sleepless in Seattle: It’s amazing how much chemistry the main characters have when they don’t even share any scenes together until the end!
  • This Means War: I mainly watch it for the boys. Am a fan of both Chris Pine and Tom Hardy. Such great rapport between their characters. Favorite scene is the paint ball battle… you know what I’m talking about.
  • Mr. & Mrs. Smith: Well, you know what they say – this is the movie Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie fell in love, the movie that ruined his marriage to Jennifer Aniston, etc. I do love their chemistry in it. They make a gorgeous, badass couple, and the soundtrack is awesome!
