Lately, I’ve been addicted to some bad habits. Like snacking on bags of sunflower seeds and icecream and chips right before bed–ingesting fat that goes straight to my belly.
I am determined (as determined as I can be about these things, which is to say, not very) lose some of these awful rolls and stop the growth of a second chin.
